The agent has proven themselves able to go above and beyond the basic tenets of physical fitness, keeping themselves in shape suitable for an athlete. This includes being able to run a mile in under 8 minutes, swim 500 yards in 15 minutes, and do 100 sit ups without stopping, as well as more advanced weight lifting capacity, expected to be able to lift over their weight.
