Gregor Notvony is a Czech dreamweaver and a member of the Pied Piper Soldiers.

He is a strong and typically reasonable voice in the group, and has spent the most time interacting with X-Factor agents as a result of a month kept in captivity.

Personality

Bitter and quiet, with intensity and biting wit. Less than patient, less than easy to get along with. Deeply loyal.

There have been signs that Gregor is personally involved with Sheila Kendrick, although if so, it appears that their personal relationship may be rocky.

• Gregor can send specific dreams to specific minds at least as far as a quarter a mile. Given time, he can work his way out of a telepathic inhibitor in order to do so.

Known History

• Reported missing in the Czech Republic on November 18, 2008 after being kidnapped by al-Sahra.

• Transferred to the Pied Piper AU for Project Portal for training as a soldier.

• Helps convince a local smuggling ring to go for bigger fish in Cat in the Box, and steals some awesome Mexican military weapons.

• Hangs out in New York during Home to Roost, but does not appear to take part in any of the awesome shennagins. Then he gets captured in a bar.
• Kept in a cell on Old Home under telepathic inhibitor. After several weeks, agents on base being experiencing bad dreams, which don't appear to let up. Eventually, former Pied Piper kids experience specific dreams.
• While held at Old Home, he is interrogated by Kelsey with assistance first from Tom's telepathy, which revealed to X-Factor that he and the rest of the Pied Piper Soldiers had been in the Pied Piper AU, and then from Andrew's mutation. In a manner that may or may not have been legal.
• Rescued from his cell at Old Home during Pied Piper Returns, although Kevin McAulleach and Sheila Kendrick are captured instead. He retreats to a safehouse with the other PPS and Illyana and is a general voice of tentative trust among the PPS.

• Takes the lead of a broken X-Factor mission during The Lion's Den.
