John Stockton is the current President of the United States. He's also the reason X-Factor exists.
Known History[]
John Stockton won a decisive victory against Republic incumbent Henry Richards in November of 2008, a move that most view as the American public's denunciation of the Richards administration rather than full-fledged support of Stockton himself.
In February of 2009, the existence of X-Factor's pilot program was brought to Stockton's attention, and the discovery of a mutant smuggling ring of broad scope and unknown depth, multinational and with distinctly anti-American notions, encouraged him to sign off on its expansion.
