Los Gatos is an incorporated town in the San Francisco Bay Area in the foothills of the Santa Cruz Mountains.

- Titan Enterprises purchases the decommissioned Chemeketa Military Base from the US government in 2007 and begins refitting it for use as a corporate headquarters. It begins use in early 2009.
- A group of anti-mutant terrorists takes a group of hostages at a local Wells Fargo Bank to make several political demands. They are captured and the hostages retrieved by a DHS anti-terrorist strike team.
