Vladimir Cherkesov is known to be associated with an international Smuggling Ring which trades in mutants, among other things. He seems to deal with clients, but his exact role is unknown. He has been responsible for arranging for the transfer of ownership of previously Burro-controlled warehouses and docks to new management following X-Factor raids.
